Student Sign up Instructions:

Cost:  $30 if you pay by 3/29/24, $35 if you pay by 4/12/24

           $40 at the door (dinner is not guaranteed if you pay at the door.) 

This year - There will be optional:

           *Student Dance Contest

           *Alumni Dance Contest (College Aged)

           *Masquerade Mask Decorating Contest (how well yours looks)

Registration form (required) see tab at left to download form.  Mail to address or hand deliver with payment.

Dress suggestion: We recommend that the guys wear suits and the girls wear formal evening dresses that are no shorter than 2-3 inches above the knees, and to be covered modestly.

Chaperone Sign up Instructions:

Please contact Zindra Nelson if you are interested in Chaperoning. Limited amount of Chaperone positions are available.

     *You must fill out & be able to pass our Background Check form (see button on left). 

     *Fill out a registration form.  Write "Chaperone" on the top of the page. 

        If you would like to eat dinner, please include payment of $20 per chaperone.    

        If you do not want to eat, write "No Dinner" on the form.

     *Sign up to volunteer.   Please contact Zindra to Volunteer.

          Positions include: Dinner service, Cake Service, Security, Registration table, Drink table, Photobooth, Setup Crew & Clean up Crew       

         On the volunteer page, please read instructions pertaining to your chosen position.

     *Once positions are full we will no longer be taking any more Chaperones.

     *All Chaperone meeting (required) will be at 4:45pm to gather, do introductions, pray and

       sort out any last minute details. 

      *Must be preapproved by Zindra Nelson before date of the dance.
